HPT PACKAGES
HPT class gives you a unique 60 minute experience of a high intensity training session with a daily focus on strength, power, speed, explosiveness, mobility & cardio conditioning. Each workout is custom written with a mix of either dynamic vs isolated, upper vs lower, push vs pull, and cardio vs strength. Each of our programs is taught in a small group setting that allows my team and I to meet the needs of each client no matter the injury, experience level, or condition.
